01Is my reservation confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends your journey request. A reservation is confirmed after vehicle availability, the scope of service, price and meeting details have been reviewed and mutually agreed. The request form does not take payment.
02Do I need an account to make a request?
No customer membership is required. Share your journey and contact details to send a request directly. Please check your email address and phone number so that your request can be answered.
03Can I request a child seat?
Mention the child seat you need in the request notes, including the child’s age and relevant use requirements. Suitable seat and vehicle availability are reviewed separately; the request is only confirmed when explicitly agreed.
04What should I share about luggage or special equipment?
Add the number and approximate size of your suitcases, plus any pushchair or bulky equipment, to the request notes. Vehicle options are considered using these details. A specific luggage capacity is only agreed once the vehicle and your needs have been reviewed together.
05What if my flight or travel plans change?
Share the change as early as possible through the contact channel agreed for your reservation. A new time, route or cancellation request is reviewed against availability and the terms confirmed for your booking. If you send updated information through the form, include details of the earlier request.
