When you request a transfer, the form collects your name, contact details, pickup and destination, date, time, passenger count and any extra notes you choose to provide. These details are used to review your request, contact you and plan the journey to be agreed. Optional information, such as a flight number, is requested only to support coordination of that journey.
The request form does not create a customer account or collect payment details. Please do not include identity documents, passport numbers, card details or sensitive information that is unnecessary for reviewing the journey in the notes field. Requests in the administration panel require an authorised administrator session to access.
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and data processing infrastructure. Technical request information may be processed by the infrastructure to operate and secure the service. A browser preference record remembers your cookie choices. An administrator session cookie is used only for signing into the administration panel.
Statistics and advertising tools operate when they have been configured and you have accepted the relevant preference. When you change advertising preferences, that choice applies to subsequent use of the pages. You can also manage third-party cookies already stored in your browser through its settings.
To correct details in your request or ask for their removal, use the contact channel associated with your reservation, or submit a new form with the same contact details and clearly describe your request. Before acting on another person’s information, it is necessary to establish that the request comes from the person concerned.
